In 1986 the first design workshop opens in the city of Guadalajara.

For more than 10 years, the design of more than 60 luxury residential projects, commercial corporate images, shopping centers medium-scale car dealerships and several hotel projects are carried out.

Since 1997 Dennis Sheridan focuses on the Design and Development Planning Tourist Hoteliers in more than 12 countries associated with one of the most recognized Global Level firms, designing and producing projects from the City of Guadalajara.

In 2003, the design workshop adopts the name of Oseocreativo integrating Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design and Systems. Whereupon, comes a young and innovative creative force, which is based on experience.
